Our Mission & Vision

We Exist For The Purpose Of Proclaiming The Word Of God And Making Disciples By:

1. Holding God high and EXALTING Him in dynamic celebration and worship;

2. Obeying His command by EVANGELIZING the unsaved through community
     outreach and world missions;
3. Perpetuating His plan by EQUIPPING each member for Christian service and
4. Elevating His cause by ENCOURAGING one another toward spiritual growth
     and maturity.

Our Purpose

“Go ye therefore, and teach all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father,
and the Son, and of the Holy Ghost: Teaching them to observe all things
whatsoever I have commanded you: and lo, I am with you always, even
unto the end of the world. Amen.” – Matthew 28:19-20

As a dynamic church proclaiming the Word of God, we purpose to make disciples by:

Exalting God (Psalm 95:6-7; Revelation 4:8-11)

Encouraging Christians toward spiritual maturity (Romans 12:1-2; 14:19)

Equipping Christians for ministry (Matthew 9:35-38; Ephesians 4:11-12)

Evangelizing the world for Christ (Acts 1:8)

Rev. Earl HeRev Hendrixndrix, Pastor Emeritus

Rev. Earl Hendrix began his journey as a the Pastor of the Inman Mission church on April 22, 1967.  With guidance from the Lord and Rev. Earl’s willingness to put the hard work and countless hours in First Free Will Baptist church was established as a beacon that has been showing Christ love and impacting lives in the  Inman community and the greater Spartanburg area for forty-six years.

In 2009 , Rev. Earl announced the addition of the new associate Pastor, Sean Fortner.  With the ending of 2013, Rev. Earl once again followed the Lords guidance and resigned his position as head pastor.  We are very thankful to have had such a Godly leader for the past forty-six years, but now are looking to the future.  Rev. Earl is still an active member of the church and is still here for guidance for his brothers and sisters in Christ.
